ELECTIONS ALL OVER
KICHAD PHEKNA
After
seeing all this election mania all over, I couldn’t resist writing anything
about election 2014. This is my first election you can say in which I am
looking forward to. No I am not contesting for any seat don’t worry I am
looking forward because I will be voting for the first time. I am thinking what
to write as so many are writing so much that I don’t have anything fresh to
write. But this is my post, my blog , my
life and I am living in a democratic country , so I can do anything .Be
Ready!!!
The
most interesting and crucial part of any election is “KICHAD PHEKNA” on each
other’s party members. One fine morning you wake up with pleasant mood, ask
someone to make a cup of tea with some ginger to feel fresher. You sit in the
terrace ,cold breeze is flowing around.
You have your cup in one hand and the fresh newspaper in the other hand. In
such ecstatic environment all you see is NaMo is saying Rahul Gandhi is
hopeless. RaGa is throwing back that Modi is casteist. Kejriwal is saying he
and his party are the only nice people in the world and all others are evil and
corrupt. If this is case in centre in Maharashtra Thackeray brothers are
stealing the thunder. Media people are taking advantage of this entire feud.
Arnab Goswami the star reporter is shouting again and again on the politicians
and asking the same questions. Though nation doesn’t need any answer, he
troubles these innocent lives.
The
Nayak-2 of election14 is seriously unstoppable. At certain age one feels that I
should try this profession or I should go for other, then we settle on one
thing for life. But in case of Nayak-2 he is not ready to settle for any
profession. He started with being an Engineer, then Income tax officer, Social worker,
Protester, Chief Minister and now next he is aiming for PM’s chair. Who knows
one day he will challenge Barak Obama’s chair too. The hero of election14 Mr.Modi is touring so
much now days that even google.com
cannot identify his exact location. After elections I guarantee that he will
face withdrawal symptoms that he is staying at one place for so long period and
he is not accusing congress for anything. The so called ‘Shehzada’ might be
still having nightmares of Arnab. He is
having nausea of words like empowerment, women, system, and youth.
O
God! I have done the same thing what these idiots are doing i.e. just talking
rubbish. Only by thinking and talking about these devils even you lose your
elegant character. I seriously don’t
know when our country will get a group of good people as GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.
Anyway I will have my tea as it is getting cold. Bye J

LOVE YOU GOD! SACHIN - 2
"Sachin! Sachin!!" will reverberate in my ears till I stop breathing!"
Date:- 11/12/13..
On the above auspicious date I was with my colleagues in company canteen
at 4pm. We were having our tea and
biscuits as our daily routine. That is the time when we forget our work load
for a while and enjoy those couple of minutes with teasing and fooling around.
At around 4.10pm there was an announcement which turned out to be a cherry on
cake for all the techi people who were pissed off by their work. It was an
announcement by HR that there will be a small get-together on account of the
unique date 11/12/13 at 4.15pm and we were expected to gather in cafeteria.
At
around 4.20pm HRs arrived with 2 guitar players and a drummer. There was one
senior bald guy too with them who apparently turned out to be the attraction of
the upcoming show. They just gave an introduction about why we have gathered. Then
guitar players started playing their chords. The first song played was ‘summer
of 69’ to encourage the audience and bring some heat in the environment. There
were around 200 people present in the cafeteria by that time. Audience also
requested some songs to be played like ‘Jo bhi main’ from rockstar etc. We sang
the songs with guitarist. My personal favourite was ‘Papa khete hai’ which I
sang with much enthusiasm.
The fun was on increasing note in 15-20mins and the crowd along with me
where on toes. From nowhere between I got a puckish, notorious idea. I asked my
colleagues and the people with whom I was standing in huddle to shout “Sachinnnn!!Sachinnnn!!”
in a specific tone for no reason but for fun. I wanted to continue the
tradition which I used to do in my college with my dear friends. In India
Sachin tendulkar is considered to be the God of Cricket. As he has given
immense pleasure with his bat and made us proud about him and our country. Reciting
his name adds joy and we feel like Diwali festival which is very close to our
heart. After every song we started shrilling “Sachinnnn!!Sachinnnn!!” and now other
guys around us also joined. As per HRs the celebration was supposed to end by
5pm. Now the time was 4.50pm, so they started the last part of the fun i.e.
distributing gift vouchers or some token present to the person who will give
the correct answer. The first question was to tell the location of branches of
our company across the world. Some experienced senior guy came forward and
answered it. He was congratulated by crowd with the name of great maestro Sachin!
This continued for next 3-4 questions and answers. The environment was at its
best by then. HRs might have thought that atmosphere is interested in Sachin.
So for concluding the HR asked the final question-
“ What is the date of Sachin Tendulkar’s
farewell? ”
As
this question struck my ears I found my hand up in the air to answer the
question and without thinking much I uttered “Nov 16th”. The HR asked me the year
and actually I felt pity about her for asking me The Year and hurriedly I answered “2013 off course”. The male HR
confirmed the answer from the public and asked me with his both hands to come
forward and get the present. I was standing much behind in the audience. From
that place to the centre where HRs were standing I had to find route among the
huddled people. As I started my journey towards the centre, whole crowd started
screaming again “Sachinnnn!!Sachinnnn!!” This time it was very much louder. I couldn’t
stop myself from blushing. I enjoyed every moment of that. The HR handed me a
pen and a paper weight as token present which were not as special as the name
banging my ears continuously. All the gentlemen and ladies were looking at me
and “Sachinnnn!!Sachinnnn!!” was at its best.
I
came back to my desk. My colleagues congratulated me and said “You are a true
Sachin Tendulkar’s Fan”. This sentence also delighted me a lot. As he is my
most favourite personality. He inspires me a lot. His humbleness, his innocent
smile, his attitude in life all are God gifted and he is God gift to India. Now
after this memorable incidence even I can say that
"Sachin! Sachin!!" will reverberate in my ears
till I stop breathing!””

Mysterious Locomotive!
I seriously do not understand why people are so mum in Company buses!
Though they are acquainted with each other they just give a fake smile or even
pretend that they are busy in their mobile phones and thus avoid each other. We
human beings have tendency to see or observe every person who boards the bus
and our eyes will follow till he gets his seat, as if getting a seat for him is
our responsibility .And in case that person is she then eyes will follow for
longer time. But still we do not want that He/She to sit next to us and have a word.
The friends who are very good to each other outside the company bus get
very uncomfortable to be the seat partners. Why people feel so awkward to sit
and enjoy with each other in company bus? People are mostly engrossed in
listening music or chatting on their Smartphone and do not talk to the person
who is sitting next. Actually Man is a
social animal. He should be in crowd as much as he can; He should interact with
different natured individuals. Following etiquette is okay but one should not
behave contrary to his original nature.
Apparently after getting off from bus we go to the place called ‘’Office’’
where everyone has to work hard and loose energy as much as one can. Yes! There
are some exceptions who love their work place a lot but I have a question to
them. Why you guys celebrate Fridays and on Mondays you are in the blues? When
you look at the travelers cum colleagues in the company bus they look as they
are some prisoners who have been handcuffed and taken to prison without their
choice.
One of my friend who is very optimistic in life told me that think about
these people in other way. May be they are planning something in their mind
about their work which is to be done on that day, while thinking about the work
the person can get some way out of the problems he is facing in his work. May
be people need privacy from the noisy world where they are playing as a team
member always in this world and only in the bus they are all alone and quiet.
May be people don’t consider their colleagues as friends and prefer to spend time
on watsapp/face-book where they can connect to their real friends to feel better.
May be while going to office some might be thinking about their families whom
they love most in the world. And same while coming back home they wait eagerly
for their destination to come so that they can see their loved ones as soon as
possible. The readers get good and peaceful time in the company bus to read
various novels and magazines. People can have a nice short and sweet nap.
Well!
After thinking in both ways I figured out that company bus is a place where one
can find some solace and also an intermediate stage between two big responsibilities
of their life “Home” and “Office”. In the company bus the person gets time to
switch his state of mind from Home to Office or other way round. The time when
he forgets about the tensions for sake
of the other place. Company bus is the place where one can sit and allow the
driver to show him the road, the crowd, the temples. Though we see these things
daily but sometimes we may find novelty in them. One can just think about his
deeds irrespective of good or bad which he performs and if he is going wrong
somewhere one can do introspection. All this is possible because he is very
calm at that moment of time. That One hour is his own time; no one expects
anything from him.
Oh! We have reached our office I have to get off now and
work hard! Bye J

LOVE YOU GOD SACHIN
LOVE YOU GOD SACHIN
“ A gap bas marin tula ek kana khali jasta shahan
pana karu nakos” shouted by 11yr Boy
with curly hair and height of
around four and half feet l .He was bulling a guy who was double His height but half of His width.”Vinod just tell him not to
come here to play with us I don’t like him” while saying this He slapped the taller one hard on his cheeks,
that coy boy started crying and went away in anguish to his home. The Victor
started laughing very cunningly with His
friends.
This scene was very common in Sharadahram Vidyamandir High School. Many times teachers
used to complain about His mischief to His
parents. But it hardly mattered Him
as His parents were busy in their
tedious jobs and earning money for the huge family. He would just concentrate
on the game of John McEnroe. John
McEnroe the Wimbledon Champion of his times. He used to look up to him in those days. He started playing tennis only to mimic him.
Once He
came home in very joyful manner and in happy mood but gasping
and started narrating His
valour to His elder brother AJIT
while removing His shoes, He said
“You know Manoj that fatty I kicked his butt so hard that he fell down and
cried like anything, Vinod and me enjoyed all that immensely ”Ajit just heard all what his younger brother
narrated and thought for a while with himself and told his young devil to wear
the shoes back. He denied by saying that he had just come. But without listening to
a word Ajit just held his hand and dragged Him
out of the house. He retaliated but all His
efforts went in vain in front of His
elder brother s strength. He started crying but Ajit was adamant and took Him to Shivaji Park. Shivaji park a big
ground in Dadar where many children, grownups were playing cricket. Ajit stopped
near a man. He was very thin, dark complexion and matured looks.Ajit first bowed down to touch that man’s feet, He was watching what His elder brother is doing. Ajit
started speaking with the man “Achrekar Sir,
He is my brother , very naughty, troublesome personality ,wherever He goes people just fire volley of complains
. Now he is your responsibility, we all have accepted the defeat, we just dont
see his future.”
Achrekar gazed
the little figure having innocent eyes with full of tears hanging around. He
went to Him and asked Him “Boy what is your name?” He
replied while sobbing “ Sachin RameshTendulkar”. Achrekar smiled
and said” Nice name son! What you like most?” Sachin replied “Tennis and the
great John McEnroe”. Achrekar continued
“oh wow! Me too you saw his match of Wimbledon final how he outsmart his
opponent!” Sachin started feeling
something common with this elderly man, he wiped his tears with sleeves and
smilingly he replied “Yes! And what an ace it was at the last moment! ”
Ajit was enjoying the conversation between the would-be
teacher and pupil. Achrekar asked
in same tone in which he was talking about tennis “Son, do you play cricket?”
Sachin also replied positively but still mesmerizing of John’s ace. As Achrekar figured out that
now the Boy is getting comfortable
he just started coming to the point and stopped beating around the bush “Do
your parents give you pocket money?” Sachin got frown within a moment and
looked at Ajit annoyingly and replied”No”. Achrekar smiled “Ok! No problem
I will give you money, come from tomorrow!” Sachin wondered about the statement
and asked the obvious question “How?” and Achrekar Sir
replied “Simple Kid! We will play cricket and while you are batting I will keep
a coin on the stumps , if the bowler bowled you the coin will be given to him
or else to you and same condition when you will be bowling another batman” Sachin listened all this keenly. He
smiled innocently and agreed to sir’s agreement. He looked at Ajit contented and
hugged him in affection. He was very happy and overjoyed .Ajit thanked sir and
held his brother‘s hand, The hand which then
scored 100 centuries, beaten almost all records!

The advent of social media
The advent of social media
Social media are Internet sites where people interact freely, sharing and discussing information about each other and their lives, using a multimedia mix of personal words, pictures, videos and audio.
Prior
to the revolution of Social media, people used to communicate via Telephone,
Fax, Post, Telegram, newspaper, radio etc. Accordingly if a businessman wants
to advertise about his product to the world to make the world his customer he
had to go through tedious, time consuming field work. He had to build hoardings
of his product, ask the television to publish his product which was very costly
and his major investment went in these things. In this process the entrepreneur
didn’t get to know what actually customers or the outer world say about his
product because monologues communication.
By
the end of 20th century social media became sovereign in marketing
techniques!
Social
media are in many forms which include blogs and micro blogs, forums and message
boards, social networks, wikis, virtual worlds, social bookmarking, tagging and
news, writing communities, digital storytelling and scrapbooking, and data,
content, image and video sharing, podcast portals, and collective intelligence.
As of today 40% of the total population of world visits internet on regular
basis. Facebook , Twitter ,Myspace etc are the prominent websites which people
visit daily. People from elite group to middle class or a old age politicians
to school going teenager prefer to get their daily share of news by looking at
stories and update posted by their
friends on FACEBOOK or from people they follow on TWITTER , instead of reading news
websites. Social media has brought about profound change in the way in which we
interact with each other as well as world at large.
The backbone for this wide spread
enhancement of social media is because rise in technology. People find it easy
now to visit any site around the globe by just moving a figure on mobile. Every
type of information is available to man‘s tip of finger. Iphone, Smartphone are
the examples of it.
Companies have benefited the most by
this progress of technology, social media. Companies of every kind like small
scale industry, start ups, big multi nationals, Film industry, Political
parties have started embracing the power of social marketing. A entrepreneur
can publish his product to hundred’s and thousand’s people very easily.
Social media taught the entrepreneur that
“You are not selling your business , you
are creating relationships with communities”
If
people feel you are their community they will support you & recommend you
to their friends. Social media has helped business of all sizes to discover
that there is great value in listening & engaging with customer & other
relevant people. Entrepreneur gets to know the market’s demand, customer’s
need, and entities at proper rate. He can reach out to his customers without
any painstaking. At once it was
monologues one directional now it has become two-directional dialogues.
Customers can convey their requirements and if they want any changes in the
product to the owner. Owner gets to know
customer’s reaction for the same, that too with very low cost communication mode.
Social media also influences our
buying decisions as companies now leverage their platform, which consequently
has a considerable impact on our purchasing decisions. For example:-If a person
is in search of new Smartphone he can just visit websites like flipkart.com
etc and gets to know the rating, reviews about the piece which he wants to buy.
Hence companies approach has changed according to all this revolution happening
around the globe in marketing world, Companies like 24/7 REAL MEDIA have also
emerged where advertisement of some company can be their own product.
In
film industry a film’s success now a days is dependent on the reactions of
initial audience who place their views on social networking sites. The
Campaigns like of Anna Hazare were carried with the help of such media network
because of viral nature of social media. A leader can convey his opinions to
thousands of people through Facebook where the youths (future of the country)
be influenced.
